Begin working out and eating healthy
Doing one small act of random kindness a day to a stranger
Don't sweat the small stuff
Maintain a positive attitude

Not killing myself to make others happy
Quit overanalyzing every little thing
Read at least one devotion or chapter in the Bible a day
Realizing not everyone will let me down
